VIP Program Terms & Conditions

  1. The Oakfold VIP Program is available to eligible registered members with an active account in good standing.
  2. VIP Rank is determined by accumulated completed Lifetime Deposits. Pending, rejected, cancelled, reversed, refunded or otherwise ineligible transactions are not counted.
  3. A member's VIP Rank is not downgraded if the Monthly Maintenance Deposit is not completed. Non-completion only affects eligibility for applicable Weekly and Monthly Loyalty Bonuses in the following month.
  4. Upgrade Bonus eligibility is based on the member's current Rank. Only the Bonus for that current Rank may be claimed; skipped lower-Rank Bonuses do not accumulate or become claimable later.
  5. Each eligible Upgrade Bonus may only be claimed once. All claims are subject to account and transaction verification.
  6. Monthly Maintenance Deposit is calculated using completed eligible Deposits made within the applicable calendar month under Australia/Sydney time.
  7. Completing the required Monthly Maintenance Deposit qualifies the member for the applicable Weekly and Monthly Loyalty Bonuses in the following calendar month, subject to the member's qualifying Rank.
  8. Weekly Loyalty Bonus is available from Ranger Rank. It is based on the member's qualifying Rank at the end of the previous month and unlocks automatically every Monday during the applicable month under Australia/Sydney time.
  9. One Weekly Loyalty Bonus may be claimed in each unlocked weekly period. An unclaimed Weekly Loyalty Bonus expires when the next weekly period begins, or at the end of the applicable month, and cannot be carried forward or accumulated.
  10. Monthly Loyalty Bonus value is based on the member's qualifying Rank at the end of the previous month. It unlocks on the first day of the following calendar month and may be claimed once during that month.
  11. An unclaimed Monthly Loyalty Bonus expires at the end of its applicable month and cannot be carried forward, exchanged or accumulated.
  12. Members with duplicate accounts, suspended accounts, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or irregular transaction activity may be excluded from receiving VIP benefits.
  13. All amounts are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Oakfold reserves the right to verify, withhold, adjust or reverse a benefit where an error, ineligible transaction or breach of promotion rules is identified.
  14. Oakfold may amend, suspend or discontinue the VIP Program, Rank requirements or Bonus values where reasonably required. Any applicable specific promotion terms will also apply.
